We will do our best and will certainly add water to your pool while the pool is being serviced; but, please read-on. It is recommended to get a hose-timer brand you trust. Paraply will set the timer and let you know via your weekly pool report. Please engage any home watch professionals you employ. And, please realize that Paraply Home Services is not responsible for faulty hose-timers nor the damage nor excess water a damaged hose-timer can cause.
50. Your pool will be visited a minimum of four times per month. There are five months with more than 4 weeks in them; Paraply will NOT service your pool two times in those months with more than four weeks, allowing for time-off.
If there is debris sitting at the bottom of the pool, the pool is getting vacuumed. If your pool filter is scheduled for a cleaning, your pool will be swept and not vacuumed as the "dust" at the bottom of the pool is too small to be captured by a vacuum bag (less than 60 microns); that "dust" will be swept into the floor drain and captured by the filter.
No, we move items as we go so that nothing is missed and the chances of damaging an item is minimalized.
Your water. Water must be flowing to your home in order for us to clean it. If your water is turned off at the valve, we will turn it off when we are finished.
At the flow-rate I use, your water bill may increase by about $3, that's it.
We try to stay incognito as not to be an eyesore in the neighborhood; that's why we don't have signs on the vehicles we drive to your home. Yard signs and traffic cones let your neighbors know there is some work being done and the sidewalks may have chemical on them at the moment. The yard signs and blue traffic cones warn of in-use machines for the hearing-impaired.
